A/ Means of payment:

Q: How do I settle up my order ?
R: You can pay with a credit or debit card (Visa, MasterCard...).

Q: Can I send cash or stamps ?
R: No, we don't accept this means of payment.

B/ Placing an order :

Q:I am not sure that I have finalized my transaction; how can I be sure ?
R: When you pay with a credit/debit card, you will automatically obtain a bill within the next following minutes. If you don't receive anything, the payment hasn't been validated.

Q: I have by mistake ordered two times the same items; what is going to happen ?
R: Contact us as soon as possible. We will be able to integrally reimburse the duplicated order.

C/ Catalogue

Q: Is there a catalogue listing the items available ?
R: Because of a very large number of references and because of about 150 new releases each month, we will not be able to provide a catalogue

D/ Areas of delivery :

Q: Where do we deliver our products ?
R: We deliver our products all over the world.

E/ Delivery time :

Q: I placed an order at 10.00am on Tuesday, when will I receive my items ?
R: Orders placed between Monday after 3.00pm and Tuesday before 3.00pm are all dealt with and sent on Tuesday at around 4.00pm. Then you have to count on a delivery time of about 3 days.

Q: I placed an order on Friday at 5.00pm, when will I receive my items ?
R: Orders placed from Friday after 3.00pm are all dealt with and sent on the following Monday at around 4.00pm. No order will be sent on Saturdays or on Sundays.

F/ Return and exchange policy :

Q: What can I do if I realize I made a mistake placing my order ?
R: You then have to rapidly contact our service. Don’t forget to have the bill number ready, so it’s easier to modify your order

Q: Can I send back an item that didn’t satisfy me ?
R: In conformity with the legislation in force, you have 7 days to contact our service; they will explain the reimbursement procedure to you.

Q: What happens about the reimbursement in case I return an item ?
R: We will then directly put the payment amount back on your bank account. We will not pay for the delivery charge.

Q: What if I send back an item without contacting your service first ?
R: We will not be able to deal with your request. Please make sure you contact our service before sending anything back.

Q: What happens in case my order has been damaged during the delivery ?
R: Contact our service and send us a picture of the damaged piece by Email. You don’t have to return the product. We will straight away send a new one to you.
