1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By placing an order on our website you are agreeing to our Terms and Conditions hereby expressed and you declare accepting them entirely and without any reservation.
The present Terms and Conditions govern contractual relations between AEL International and its customers, both sides accepting the Terms and Conditions entirely and without reservation.
These Terms and Conditions will prevail over any other terms expressed in any other document, unless an express and written special dispensation has been made beforehand.

2. Concerning the Orders

Automatic registration systems are considered as a proof of, and certify the nature, the content, and the date of the order.

The sale will be agreed only after reception of the payment.
The customer is bound by the data and personal information he or she provides. In case the customer makes a mistake concerning his/her name and address, AEL International could not be held responsible for the fact that it would be impossible to deliver the goods.
It is the right of AEL INTERNATIONAL not to confirm an order, and this for any reason. Customer would then be contacted by phone, post, or email.

3. Pricing

Prices are expressed in GBP (British Pounds). The price of an item shown on an item’s detail page is not inclusive of the delivery charges. The price shown in the order confirmation is the final price, and is inclusive of VAT.

4. Payment

The price charged is the price shown on the order confirmation given by AEL INTERNATIONAL.
Payment is made by credit/debit card, using a secured online payment system.
The order validated by a customer will be taken into consideration and be dealt with only when the concerned Banking Centre or Society will have given their agreement. In the case where your bank or society is opposing to the transaction, your order will automatically be cancelled.

5. Pictures

Pictures illustrating the goods are not part of the contractual field.
AEL INTERNATIONAL will not be held responsible for any mistake that could be contained in the pictures.

6. Delivery

After confirmation of the order, AEL INTERNATIONAL commit themselves to undertake the delivery of all the references ordered by the customer, while stocks last.
Post Services commit themselves to deliver the order at the address given by AEL INTERNATIONAL.
The delivery time is of 3 working days on average after reception of the payment.
Delivery will be made by mail, via Post Export. Possible delays of delivery will not allow the customer to ask for damages in any form.
In case your order has been damaged during the delivery, send us a picture of the broken goods showing the actual damage. We will then resend them at our cost. You will not have to send anything back. No contribution will be asked from you.

7. Contention

AEL INTERNATIONAL will not be held responsible for any damage of any nature, either material or immaterial or physical, that could result from a dysfunction or from the misuse of the traded goods.
In the same way AEL INTERNATIONAL will not be held responsible for any modification of a product due to manufacturers. In any case, the responsibility of AEL INTERNATIONAL will be limited to the amount of the order, and will not be implicated in case simple mistakes or omissions would have remained despite all the precautions taken when presenting the products.
In case of difficulties encountered while applying the present contract, the customer has the possibility, prior to any legal action, to try to find an amicable agreement.
Finally, AEL INTERNATIONAL will not be held responsible for a lack of accordance to the statutory rights and legislation in force in the country where the products are delivered. The responsibility of AEL INTERNATIONAL is systematically limited to the price of the product involved, price at the date of its sale, without possibility of an appeal to the brand or society manufacturing the product.
In case of a contention, the customer will contact AEL INTERNATIONAL as a priority, to try to find an amicable agreement. In case the customer and AEL INTERNATIONAL haven’t been able to find such an agreement, Rouen’s Court is the only competent organisation, wherever the delivery has taken place or whatever the means of payment.
AEL INTERNATIONAL reminds the reader and the person using the website that minors are not able to buy goods on this website. Any person ordering from AEL INTERNATIONAL agrees with our terms and conditions and certifies being 18 years old or older

8. Return/Exchange Policy

You have 7 days (from the day you received your order) to change your mind. In case of an exchange or of a return leading to a refund, send back the product(s), undamaged, in the packaging it was sent in, intact, along with all the possible accessories, directions for use manual and documentation to the following address : AEL International, 300 rue du Plain Bosc, 76770 Houppeville, France.
Please note that refunds are subject to a £1.00 processing charge. This is to cover the charge issued to us by the bank for every refund transaction.
For health and safety reasons, we will not refund body jewellery that has been worn. We have at our disposal material allowing us to detect if a piece of jewellery has been worn. Thank you therefore not to send back an item you have worn. We would not be able to exchange or refund the product. This does not concern items that have been damaged during the delivery.
In case of a refund agreed by AEL INTERNATIONAL, the amount charged to the customer will be reimbursed within 15 working days. We will not refund the delivery charges.

9. Legal Information

Collecting personal data is an obligation in the area of online business. These data are indispensable in order to process and deliver the order, and to make out bills and guarantee.
In accordance with the law on computer data processing rights and data protection, the process of the data and personal information was the subject of a statement with the National Committee on Rights and Computer data processing (CNIL). The customer has at his or her disposal a right of access, of rectification and of deletion of the data and personal information concerning him or her (section 34 of the act of the 6th of January 1978). The customer is able to exercise this right with AEL INTERNATIONAL. AEL INTERNATIONAL commit themselves to never communicate personal data and information concerning a customer to a third party, neither for a consideration nor freely.
